Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Residential Care Manager to join our team at Nurse Care 24 Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our residential home, ensuring the care and development of young residents, and managing a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Care Provision: Provide high-quality care and support to young residents in our residential home.
  2. Team Management: Manage a team of staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to deliver excellent care.
  3. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations and promote therapeutic support to meet the needs of our residents.
  4. Activity Planning: Plan and implement a vibrant activity programme to enrich the lives of young residents.

  1. Salary: A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  1. Degree or Equivalent: A Level 5 Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  2. Experience: Experience managing or deputising in a children's home, preferably with knowledge of LAC procedures and therapeutic strategies.
  3. Licence: A full driving licence is essential for this role.
