Job Title: Estate Agency Sales Negotiator

A thriving Independent Estate Agency/Lettings Firm in South Birmingham is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a market-leading independent estate agency firm that offers great long-term progression.

This is a full 360-degree role that requires a high level of autonomy and the ability to think on your feet. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where no two days will be the same.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a sales-based industry is preferred, but not necessary, provided you have a strong background in property sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administration and data management
  • Viewing generation and market appraisal
  • Canvassing and vendor care
  • Sales progression and negotiation
  • Attending viewings and providing exceptional customer service

The successful candidate will be a career-driven individual with a passion for property sales. They will be highly organized, articulate, and able to work well in a team environment.
