Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Opportunity

An exceptional chance for a driven and ambitious Sales Negotiator to become a key member of a reputable Estate Agency brand in Birmingham's city center.   • A competitive basic salary of circa £27,000, plus commission opportunities up to £37,000 OTE

Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and purchasers
  • Coordinating viewings and matching vendors and purchasers to maximize opportunities
  • Generating market appraisals
  • Conducting viewings and providing pre- and post-appointment feedback
  • Negotiating sales, achieving the best price and deal for both parties
  • Exceeding customer expectations while prioritizing personal and team objectives
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT skills and experience with Estate Agency CRM systems
  • Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability
  • Well-spoken and well-presented
  • Target-driven and ambitious
  • Excellent organizational skills and punctuality
