Job Overview

Dalkia UK is seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team in Central London. This permanent role will provide administrative support for the effective management of client contracts.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Administering tasks to support the contract management process.
  • Processing invoices according to contractual payment terms.
  • Maintaining accurate records, including timesheets and electronic documents.
  • Collaborating with managers and finance teams to support financial processes related to the contract.
  • Resolving queries from internal and external customers efficiently.
  • Demonstrated administrative skills and experience.

This role offers a competitive salary package of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
