About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Domestic Assistant to join our team at Amberwood Lodge. As a Domestic Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the site maintains a high level of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Carry out daily and weekly cleaning regimes, including laundry and linen management
  • Maintain and replenish stock, ensuring equipment is clean and well-maintained
  • Employ safe working practices and adhere to health and safety procedures
  • Comply with Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations

Requirements

  • Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or domestic work (desirable)
  • Knowledge of COSHH regulations (desirable)
  • Friendly, conscientious, and positive attitude
  • Good communication skills
