Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at MEDIA CONTACTS. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, leading project teams, and delivering high-quality medical communications campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to develop and implement effective medical communications strategies.
- Manage projects across a range of activities, including congresses, e-learning, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with colleagues in other teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Work closely with account directors and account executives to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience working in medical communications in an agency environment.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects and exceeding client expectations.
- Strong scientific background, with a degree in a life science field.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
