Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they meet client briefs, budgets, and timelines.
  • Develop and manage project plans to ensure timely completion.
  • Create and review briefs, presentations, and content to align with project goals.
  • Ensure project objectives support account KPIs.
  • Contribute ideas to support client goals and account growth.
  • Provide accurate project estimates and ensure precise invoicing.
  • Lead internal meetings and effectively delegate tasks.
  • Build strong client relationships, serving as the main contact.
  • Engage and manage key opinion leaders according to programme objectives.
  • Support business development with research and proposal creation.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of a BSc in a life science subject.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in a medical communications agency.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and ensuring financial control over projects.
