Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partner Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building trusted relationships with our partners and acting as an interface between them and Trust Payments.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide Executive Management with recommendations to ensure we remain a 'partner of choice' in our competitive landscape.
  2. Act as a liaison for our channel partners to enhance credibility, brand value, and trust.
  3. Support key business metrics, including client retention, revenue growth, and profitability.
  4. Create new revenue through lead generation, sales enquiries, and prospecting.
  5. Provide expertise on payment processing, fraud management, and payment security technologies and advise on features and functionality to help customers execute strategies.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in strategic sales and customer relationship management.
  2. Payment sector sales background and/or related.
  3. Solid knowledge of merchant services platforms. E-commerce and Moto Payments is a bonus.
  4. Able to combine trouble-shooting and creative problem-solving.
  5. Proven success in a fast-paced role leveraging tools such as a customer service ticketing system (e.g. Zendesk) and CRM (e.g. Salesforce).
  6. You are organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to travel.
  7. Experienced with indirect sales channels, including resellers and sales partners.
  8. Results-driven contributor who drives performance through relationship-based business.
