Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Clover HR. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair production equipment, machinery, and site facilities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance activities to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Respond to breakdowns and perform repairs in a timely and effective manner.
  • Participate in site projects to design, trial, and implement improvements to our manufacturing processes and facilities.
  • Operate within prescribed quality standards and systems at all times, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
  • Maintain a flexible approach to work, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Support the development of new apprentices and colleagues through training and mentorship.
Requirements:
  • Recognized apprenticeship in a relevant trade or discipline.
  • Experience working in a production environment, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Knowledge of AC/DC motors and drives, PLCs, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and computer literacy.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm.
