We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Special Educational Needs Teacher to join our team at Academics Ltd.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to work in a 'Good' Ofsted rated special school in Dudley, providing education to pupils with ASD, MLD or SLD experience.
The school prides itself on its inclusive environment, promoting spiritual, moral, social and cultural development, and celebrating diversity.
Key Responsibilities- Teach students with Special Educational Needs, using innovative approaches to engage and motivate.
- Work collaboratively with staff to create a supportive and stimulating learning atmosphere.
- Develop and implement individualized lesson plans, tailored to meet the needs of each student.
- QTS qualification and experience working as a Special Educational Needs Teacher.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
- A calm and collective demeanor, with enthusiasm and initiative to drive student progress.
- A competitive salary range of £25-£35 per hour, depending on experience.
