About the Job

Take your career to the next level as a Financial Operations Manager in our dynamic team. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage and collect Accounts Receivable efficiently.

  • Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure timely debt collection.
  • Negotiate payment agreements and resolve disputes promptly to minimize financial losses.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Open new accounts and verify credit ratings to assess creditworthiness.
  2. Set and monitor credit limits to ensure financial stability.
  3. Maintain accurate customer files and provide information to senior management to inform business decisions.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' recent experience in Credit Control or a related field.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications to analyze data and communicate effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build trust with customers and stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently and make sound decisions to drive business growth.
