Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a local business growth strategy, including marketing tactics and sales initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to drive business growth.
- Manage a team of agents and support staff to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the Nested marketing team to develop and execute local marketing campaigns.
- 5-10 years of experience in estate agency, with a proven track record of business growth and sales success.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute a local business growth strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze market trends and customer feedback.
