About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff and volunteers in community management initiatives
  • Work closely with the LOROS team to develop and implement community engagement strategies
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project execution
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for community growth and development
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
