The Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimation Manager to lead our electrical estimation function and drive business growth. As a key contact for the commercial team, you will ensure the quotation process supports our business strategy and brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the estimation team, allocating workloads and maintaining committed deadlines.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and opportunities for professional development.
  • Support the team through effective line management, including 121s and appraisals.
  • Drive performance and cost-effectiveness through monitoring KPIs and aligning with business objectives.
  • Manage internal team processes, including quotation and data entry.
  • Prepare basic and detailed tenders, COMA/maintenance contracts, and sales contracts.
  • Manage the approval process of quotes up to 200k and decide on quote/no quote.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of building strong relationships with internal and external clients and suppliers.
  • Experience in delivering results through strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Establishing key aspects associated with client requirements, providing quotations, and liaising with internal departments.
  • Working with business systems to follow company processes and maintain data integrity.
