About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Academy Deputy Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our Academy services, working closely with care providers and stakeholders to promote the benefits of our rewards offer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of Provider Engagement specialists to ensure the effective delivery of our services to care providers and Care Professionals.
  • Analyse provider engagement figures to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including care providers, local authorities, and external partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services and projects.
  • Work on IT developments to enhance our platform and improve user experience.
  • Manage the Academy Team in the Manager's absence, ensuring continuity of service delivery.
  • Engage directly with care providers to promote the benefits of our free service, maintaining contact and nurturing them through the sign-up process.
  • Handle data management, working with KPIs, ensuring the CRM is up to date, and complying with Social Care Regulations, including GDPR.
  • Support project management across all Academy projects, including the Academy App and launching new Local Authorities.
  • Obtain case studies and feedback from care providers to inform our service development and improvement.
Requirements
  • 2 years' experience leading a sales or customer service team.
  • Experience in Health and Social Care is desirable.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
  • Self-motivated, with excellent ability to work on own initiative, independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiastic, committed, proactive, and resourceful.
  • Excellent customer care skills and able to prioritise workload.
  • Ability to work under pressure without compromising the quality of work.
  • Ability to communicate with people of all levels across the organisation, as well as care providers and people working in care.
  • Excellent standards of written documentation with good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Own transport with insurance for business use is essential for this role, as travel around Hertfordshire may be required.
  • Flexible working arrangements will be required based on the needs of the Academy.
