About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Quality and Development Engineer to collaborate with internal stakeholders and ensure the quality and timely delivery of critical parts from suppliers.

  • Conduct supplier and part risk assessments, developing effective strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Provide regular updates on supplier progress to Purchasing and Quality Assurance teams, highlighting:
  • Lead Quality and Capacity Verification aligned with development targets.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to enhance quality and efficiency.
Candidate Profile

A strong candidate will have experience in supplier quality engineering, including PPAP, 8D problem-solving, trials, and capacity planning. They should also possess skills in risk assessment, supplier reporting, and issue resolution.
