About the Role:

OSKIA Skincare is seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies aligned with business goals to maximize online sales and profitability.
  • Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, including site management, product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, customer behavior, and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement in traffic quality, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
  • Manage the website's functionality, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns, including email marketing, social media, paid social, pay-per-click (PPC), and affiliate marketing.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts, increase traffic, and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage SEO and SEM strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Enhance the customer journey by implementing best practices for customer service, product recommendations, and personalized shopping experiences.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of e-commerce management and/or digital marketing experience, ideally within skincare and cosmetics.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful e-commerce strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure the impact of e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Experience with Shopify and proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and PowerPoint.
