Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Data Coordinator to join our team at Lifelancer. As a Senior Clinical Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing clinical data across multiple studies, ensuring data quality and adherence to timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Validate clinical data to excellent quality, adhering to deliverable timelines, and ensuring compliance with CDASH implementation guidelines.
  • eCRF Management: Produce, review, and update data handling manuals, create eCRF specifications, and build and test clinical databases.
  • Mentorship and Training: Mentor Data Coordinators in their work, perform senior review of data management documentation, and provide oversight and advice on best practices for clinical data processing.
  • Quality Assurance: Create and review SOPs, track performance metrics, and ensure implementation of quality processes.
  • Proposal and Quote Preparation: Prepare proposals and quotes for prospective and existing clients.
Qualifications
  • Education: Life Science degree, nursing qualification, or equivalent experience.
  • Industry Experience: Experience within the pharmaceutical industry, with a good awareness of clinical trial issues, design, and implementation, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
  • Technical Skills: Good experience of data management software systems and coding dictionaries, including MedDRA and WHODrug.
  • Leadership Experience: Extensive experience of leading data processing activities within a regulated environment.
