Care and Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Specialist to join our team at Salutem Shared Services. As a Care and Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, enabling care to individuals with complex needs. Your primary responsibility will be to implement person-centered support plans, promote independence, manage risks, encourage relationships, and ensure legal and best practice compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop flexible, engaging activity plans that promote autonomy and personal growth.
- Support individuals in maintaining healthy lifestyles and managing their health needs.
- Oversee medication processes and support individuals in self-administration.
