**Who will you be supporting?**
- We are 4 males aged from 40 to 61
- We live in a small village in Widnes in a 5-bedroom property
- We have a mixed of learning disabilities and mental health

**What is important to us?**
- What are we proud of? We are proud of our independence and accessing our local community we
- What activities do we to do? We Like to experience new thing and we like our support staff to encourage us to do this
- What are our interests? We have a verity of interest including doing the weekly shopping, football, gardening, cooking, and watching films, listening to music
- What are our aspirations? Our aspiration is to experience new things
- How do we like to explore our local communities? We like to walk we have good links to Warrington, St Helens, and Liverpool by train
- How do we describe ourselves? We are very independent and Ian and Ray enjoying going out to family unsupported
- What types of people would we get along with and not get along so well with? We need staff to be proactive and encourage us to experience new things and share similar interests

**Other important information?**
- How many colleagues are on shift at any one time? There are 2 support workers each day What shifts do you work on? between 10am-10:30pm as well as a staff member on a sleep-in shift which starts at 10:30pm-10am although the shift is flexible throughout the day depending what is going on
- What do we need from you and what training would we give the staff that join us to be able to support the people at this service to be of their abilities? We like support to have effective communication skills as we do love to chat. Support staff need to be clear and direct in what you are asking or telling us as we can neglect ourselves especially with personal care and appearance. Support staff who have patience as sometimes we are not able to express what we are saying in a manner that is clear to you. We are happy to repeat ourselves till you understand what we are saying
