About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at VINCI Facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a range of multi-skilled maintenance duties across site.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertaking electrical and building maintenance works, including PPM servicing, fault-finding, and reactive breakdown repairs to electrical building services systems and infrastructure.
- Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems, including power, 3-Phase, distribution, lighting/emergency lighting, lamp/ballast/socket repairs, and alarms.
Requirements
- Proven reactive maintenance experience.
- Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential.
- 18th Edition qualification.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation and ECS Card.
- City & Guilds Testing & Inspection (2391 or equivalent).
