Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at VINCI Facilities. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for performing a range of multi-skilled maintenance duties across site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking electrical and building maintenance works, including PPM servicing, fault-finding, and reactive breakdown repairs to electrical building services systems and infrastructure.
  • Performing tasks such as power, 3-Phase, distribution, lighting/emergency lighting, lamp/ballast/socket repairs, and alarms.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven reactive maintenance experience.
  • Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential.
  • 18th Edition qualification.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation and ECS Card.
  • City & Guilds Testing & Inspection (2391 or equivalent).
