Maintenance Technician

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at VINCI Facilities. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing a range of multi-skilled maintenance duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake electrical and building maintenance works, including PPM servicing, fault-finding, and reactive breakdown repairs to electrical building services systems and infrastructure.
- Perform tasks such as power distribution, lighting and emergency lighting, lamp and ballast repairs, and alarm maintenance.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality maintenance services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in reactive maintenance, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Hold a valid 18th Edition electrical qualification and NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, along with an ECS Card.
- City & Guilds Testing & Inspection (2391 or equivalent) qualification.
