We're seeking an experienced legal professional to join our team as a Director of Legal, playing a pivotal part in shaping the future of our prosecution and business teams.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a deep understanding of the criminal justice system and the ability to lead a team of lawyers and caseworkers. As a Director of Legal, you'll be responsible for providing expert guidance on legal and policy matters, quality checking work, and mentoring team members to support their professional development.

You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our strategic planning and policy making, lead best practice training, and work closely with the police to improve conviction rates and public confidence in our work. About the role

  • Lead a team of lawyers and caseworkers, providing expert guidance on legal and policy matters
