About the Role

At Newsom Consulting Ltd, we're seeking an exceptional business and people leader to drive the strategic direction of our Rail and Transit markets in the UK. As Market Director, you'll be a senior leader responsible for shaping our business strategy and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business strategy to grow revenue and margin in the Rail and Transit markets.
  • Represent Newsom Consulting Ltd at national and global levels, building and maintaining senior client relationships and networks.
  • Lead the Rail and Transit market team, driving great client outcomes and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the UK & Ireland Transportation leadership team to grow our portfolio and deliver annual targets.
