As an Explosives Safety and Compliance Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team that works closely with stakeholders to ensure the safe and compliant operation of explosive materials. This includes developing and implementing policies, procedures, and training programs that promote a culture of safety and responsibility.

The key requirements for this role include:

• A degree qualification or equivalent experience in an explosives related field
• Demonstrable knowledge of general Health and Safety legislation
• Practical experience and expertise in the control and handling of OME
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of Project Management and negotiation techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around £65,000, with opportunities for overtime and bonus payments. The location is flexible, with the option to work remotely or on-site at our client's facilities.
