The Role

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding service to families, driving business growth, and enhancing our online reputation. Your responsibilities will include:

Business Growth

You'll work closely with our team to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve our goals. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with families, and driving revenue growth.

Education Delivery

You'll work closely with our education team to develop and deliver high-quality online tuition programs that meet the needs of our students. Your expertise will be essential in creating engaging and effective learning experiences that drive student success.

Customer Experience

You'll be the face of Explore Learning, providing exceptional customer service to our families and ensuring that their needs are met. Your strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with families will be essential in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Logistics

Contract: Full-time, permanent contract working fully remotely.

Working Hours: Tuesday 11am - 8pm, Wednesday 11am - 8pm, Thursday 11am - 7pm, Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm, or Sunday 9am - 5pm, Monday 11am - 8pm.

Holidays: 28 annual days + 2 well-being and volunteer days. Increased holiday allowance for length of service.
