Job Summary

We are looking for a resilient, self-motivated leader with a passion for education to play a pivotal role in our business growth, education delivery, and customer experience. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to families, ensuring sustainable growth and enhancing our online reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth: You will be accountable for the growth of your centre, adapting to specific needs, and making decisions to support profitability and pioneering change.
  • Education Delivery: As an Education expert, you will embody Tutor Role Objectives, tailoring education offerings to meet families' goals, and championing fearless learning.
  • Lead & Develop: You will actively develop your team, providing coaching and support for enhanced performance and engagement, and creating a welcoming online environment.
  • Customer Experience: You will build authentic relationships with families, ensuring meaningful interactions and tailored experiences, and upholding consistent expectations.

Logistics

We offer a competitive salary of £25,750 + a pay progression of up to £4500 in your first year if you progress to our Lead role. You will work on a full-time, permanent contract, working fully remotely. You will have 28 annual days + 2 well-being and volunteer days, and increased holiday allowance for length of service. You will also have access to discounted gym memberships and sportwear, free counselling, cycle to work scheme, and a discounted tastecard. All successful applicants will undertake employment reference checks, and a Disclosure & Barring Service check.
