Technical Manager

The Technical Manager at Albert Bartlett is responsible for ensuring the highest levels of quality and food safety across our products. This involves leading and developing the technical and quality teams to achieve excellence in our manufacturing processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of quality and food safety initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and maintain quality and food safety documentation, including records and reports.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees understand quality and food safety procedures.
- Education to a high level (Degree preferred) in a science-related discipline.
- Experience in quality assurance, food safety, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
