Responsibilities:

* Lead and motivate the technical and quality teams to achieve quality and food safety goals
* Develop and implement effective quality and food safety systems
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
* Manage technically focused projects to drive quality and economic improvements

Requirements:

* Educated to a high level in a science-related discipline
* Proven experience in quality assurance and food safety
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Strong knowledge of BRC and other industry standards
