Technical Manager

The Technical Manager at Albert Bartlett is responsible for ensuring the highest levels of quality and food safety across our products. This involves leading and developing the technical and quality teams to achieve excellence in our manufacturing processes.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
- High level of education in a science-related discipline.
- Experience working in a FMCG environment.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, food safety, and environmental standards.
- Experience managing a high-performing team.
- Audit qualification with proven ability to deliver effective QA/QC and safety systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
