Duties & Responsibilities
- Adopt a consultative approach and customer-focused mindset.
- Plan, deliver, and lead incisive and value-added business development support to the Private Client Group and the Units within it.
- Act as a single point of contact for the Private Client Group, ensuring seamless and efficient access to wider Marketing support.
- Identify future business models and value propositions.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
Key Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Understanding of business development activity, including targeting, managing pipelines, credentials, and pitches.
- Experience in delivering business development activity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Client-focused and customer-service-oriented.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
Experience in a professional services environment is advantageous but not essential.
