Job Title: Business Development Manager – Private Client

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Adopt a consultative approach and customer-focused mindset.
  2. Plan, deliver, and lead incisive and value-added business development support to the Private Client Group and the Units within it.
  3. Act as a single point of contact for the Private Client Group, ensuring seamless and efficient access to wider Marketing support.
  4. Identify future business models and value propositions.
  5. Comply with company policies and procedures.

Key Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  1. Understanding of business development activity, including targeting, managing pipelines, credentials, and pitches.
  2. Experience in delivering business development activity.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Client-focused and customer-service-oriented.
  5. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.

Experience in a professional services environment is advantageous but not essential.
