Job Opportunity for a Senior Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our team in providing out-of-hospital services to patients in the Orpington/Bromley areas. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients in their homes, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to ensure safe and effective clinical care
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with BHC guidelines
  • Conduct regular appraisals and provide feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting their full potential
  • Provide expert clinical guidance and support to team members to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care coordination
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
  • Experience in community nursing services and district nursing
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of respiratory assessment and care
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
