Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Capable of moving, lifting, and handling heavy objects with awareness of manual handling guidelines.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive issues and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience of working in a care setting.
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
  • Sympathetic approach and understanding of needs of people with mental health problems.
