Job Title: Science Academic Support

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Science Academic Support professional to join our team. As a Science Academic Support, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils' learning across the curriculum, tailoring your support to match learners' needs in science up to GCSE level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support pupils' learning across the curriculum, adapting and customising learning materials to meet individual needs.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of Individual Learning Plans, identifying and removing barriers to pupils' learning.
  • Provide specific and targeted interventions to support individual pupil progress, setting challenging and demanding expectations and promoting self-esteem and independence.
  • Establish good relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and being aware of and responding appropriately to individual needs.
  • Promote the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils, providing feedback to pupils in relation to progress and achievement under the guidance of the teacher.
