Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT team, ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of the terminal operating system.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve system performance, efficiency, and reliability, and to reduce downtime and errors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs, including the development of business cases and project plans.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality results.
  • Provide technical support and training to users, and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our systems and processes.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a terminal operating system environment.
  • Proven track record of successful project implementation and delivery.
  • Excellent technical skills, including experience with terminal operating systems, software development, and data analysis.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
