About The Role

Delivering Excellence in Project Management

M Group Services is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to join our team in Colchester. As a key member of our Anglian Water IOS Alliance Contract, you will be responsible for delivering project plan targets in line with business requirements.

As a Project Delivery Manager, you will drive a delivery and construction team to ensure successful solutions of small to medium projects are developed and constructed safely and successfully. You will strive for clarity around programme completion and support your local team in consistent delivery across the region with your peers.

Your focus will be on the development and support of your people, ensuring they are best for task and have the necessary resources and skills to successfully complete projects. You will work with Asset Delivery Planning, Contract Management, and Operations to ensure consistency across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans to meet business requirements
  • Lead a delivery and construction team to ensure successful project delivery
  • Ensure programme completion and support local teams in consistent delivery
  • Develop and support team members to ensure they have the necessary resources and skills
  • Work with Asset Delivery Planning, Contract Management, and Operations to ensure consistency across the region

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership skills to empower high performance in teams
  • Ability to provide support and constructive challenges to generate an open, honest, and supportive team culture
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • APMP or PRINCE 2 in Project Management
  • Knowledge of the water regulatory environment
