About The Role

Delivering Excellence in Project Management

M Group Services, a leading provider of essential infrastructure services, is seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Manager to join our Water Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering project plans and targets in line with business requirements, driving a delivery and construction team to ensure successful solutions, and striving for clarity around programme completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans and targets in line with business requirements
  • Drive a delivery and construction team to ensure successful solutions
  • Ensure clarity around programme completion and support local teams in consistent delivery
  • Develop and support people to ensure they are best for task and have necessary resources and skills
  • Work with Asset Delivery Planning, Contract Management, and Operations to ensure consistency across the region

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership skills to empower high performance in teams
  • Ability to provide support and constructive challenges to generate an open, honest, and supportive team culture
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • APMP or PRINCE 2 in Project Management
  • Knowledge of the water regulatory environment
