Regional Sales Professional

Job Description
This is a home-based role with the expectation to visit Head Office in Leicestershire once per week. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, structured, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage their own time effectively and book face-to-face meetings with potential new and existing customers.
About the Role
You will be responsible for selling a wide range of janitorial supplies across various industry sectors, including facilities management businesses, contract cleaners, food service operators, corporate offices, leisure, and distributors. Your clients will range from smaller independent organizations to large national chains.
Salary and Benefits
- Circa £42k basic salary (OTE: £60-80k+).
- Generous car allowance and fuel card.
- Mobile phone, laptop, healthcare, and pension benefits.
- 28 days' holiday (including Bank Holidays) plus additional days based on service.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have at least 3 years of B2B, field sales experience, with a stable track record of employment and performance. You should be able to adapt your approach to suit the customer's level of seniority and be an agile communicator.
