Electrical Maintenance Technician

About the Role: As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining heavy plant machinery and ancillary equipment from both an electrical perspective. You will work in partnership with the Engineering Manager to carry out reactive repairs to site machinery, responding to breakdowns and working to PPM's. Additionally, you will troubleshoot & practical fault finding on plant and mechanical/electrical machinery, and carry out planned maintenance tasks.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a time served engineer background, ideally from a heavy engineering environment. A recognised Engineering qualification, such as HNC/HND/ONC/OND/NVQ3, is also essential. You should be accustomed to fast paced and challenging working environments.
