The Role:
This Fleet Technician position is a fantastic opportunity to join our transportation team and contribute to the smooth operation of our fleet. You will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance tasks, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise, and working collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily vehicle checks to ensure all vehicles are safe and roadworthy
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
- Diagnostics and repair of complex mechanical issues with the assistance of senior technicians
- Work closely with other team members to identify and address any issues that may affect the smooth operation of our fleet
Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience in vehicle maintenance and repair
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and ability to diagnose complex issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
