Job Description:
We're looking for a dedicated Healthcare Assistant - Day and Respite Service to join our team at Wiltshire Council. This role involves providing care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily living tasks.
About the Job:
You will be responsible for supporting customers with personal care needs, social daily living skills, and leisure or work activities. Our Day Service collaborates with customers to identify and achieve outcomes, while our Respite service provides short breaks away from the family home.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- A willingness to undertake L2 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Adults)
- Previous experience of building good working relationships and teamworking
