Join Our Team as a Care Support Specialist

Barchester Healthcare is a leading provider of care homes in the UK, delivering high-quality residential, nursing, and dementia care. We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at one of our care homes in Salisbury.

The salary for this role is approximately £19,500 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. About the Job

As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the quality care and support they deserve. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support and companionship to our residents, helping them with daily living activities and ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

You'll work closely with our care team to develop individualized care plans, which take into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident. You'll also communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered.

We're looking for someone with some experience of caring for older people, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills. If you're passionate about providing high-quality care and support to our residents, we'd love to hear from you.
