Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Senior Home Assistant to join our team in Salisbury, Wiltshire. As a Senior Home Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of care assistants to provide person-centered care to our residents
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Monitoring the quality of care and making recommendations for improvement
We offer a competitive salary of £21,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
