Senior Claims Handler

At Ageas Insurance Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Claims Handler to join our Household Claims Department. As a Senior Claims Handler, you will play a crucial role in effectively managing a portfolio of complex and high-value Household claims from notification through to settlement.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills to internal and external customers.
- Investigate and handle claims promptly and thoroughly, adhering to departmental procedures.
- Proactively manage your own case load and identify recovery opportunities to protect Ageas financial interests.
- Act as a change advocate, building knowledge and expertise on processes and systems.
- Take responsibility for understanding your own performance using data and collaborate with other internal departments for continuous development.
- Experience in dealing with complex home insurance claims is essential.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Good investigation and negotiation skills with customers and third parties.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work to deadlines.
- Demonstrate curiosity to learn and willingness to take ownership of your own personal development.
