About the Role

The Catering Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards. This includes making sandwiches and wraps, cooking, baking cakes, and making buffets when needed. The successful candidate will also be responsible for labelling products, filling food vending machines at two sites, and ordering/purchasing all stock. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing the kitchen to Food Safety/Health & Hygiene standards, including stock rotation/levels and maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.

About You

We are looking for a reliable and efficient individual with previous experience as a Catering Manager or similar. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, good timekeeping, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently. They will also be comfortable working on their feet for the majority of the shift.

What We Offer

As a Catering Manager with Emmerson Ross Recruitment, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of £12.80 - £15.00, depending on experience. You will also be entitled to company pension, mileage expenses, and 28 days inclusive (pro rata) holiday time.

Working Hours

The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday, 6am to 12pm.
