The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Contracts Manager and overseeing daily operations of approximately 15 contracts simultaneously.

A key aspect of this role is conducting pre- and mid-roof inspections to ensure readiness, compliance, and safety. Additionally, you will complete final roof signoffs, deliver toolbox talks to tradesmen, and record site manager conversations via internal app.

This position requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. A minimum of 3 years' experience within the construction or roofing sectors is essential, along with a valid UK Driving Licence and CSCS Card.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £36,000, which can increase depending on experience. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including a Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, Pension Scheme, and 33 Days Holiday inclusive of bank holidays.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and control daily operations of up to 15 contracts.
  • Conduct pre- and mid-roof inspections.
  • Complete final roof signoffs.
  • Deliver toolbox talks to tradesmen.
  • Record site manager conversations.
  • Monitor on-site materials and coordinate scheduling.
  • Liaise with roofing trades and labourers.
  • Communicate with the buying department to prevent delays.
  • Attend weekly subcontractor and office meetings.
