Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all financial aspects of private residential projects, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals.
- Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
- Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor relationships.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and valuations.
- Provide regular financial reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address financial or contractual issues.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, particularly in private residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and project delivery.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Quantity Surveying software.
- Full UK driving licence.
