We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Engineer / Estimator to join our client's team in Rostrevor. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering multiple fencing projects of varying complexity and value.
About the Role:- First point of contact with customers and quotations
- Managing contractual documentation for sites
- Keeping track of costings and budgetary control of projects
- Creating and maintaining job information files for projects
- Excellent client-facing skills with ability to see projects through to completion, on time and to budget
- 3rd level qualification in a relevant technical discipline such as Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management
- Highly desirable but not essential, experience in a similar role within a similar fencing or steelwork installation company
- Excellent negotiation skills and positive attitude to problems
- Negotiable salary depending on experience
