Job Title: Construction Project Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide critical support to our construction projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to construction projects, including answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and managing work orders and projects.
  • Record and track faults from customers, arrange for maintenance staff to resolve issues, and keep customers informed.
  • Create and prioritize work jobs, update the maintenance team, and arrange diaries for engineers, joiners, electricians, and plumbers.
  • Order materials from suppliers, track deliveries, and ensure they are delivered to the correct site location.
